Work
/Project: Complete Clean of Front of Building.
Inspection
arranged with the on-site manager to decide best method for cleaning complete
face of building.
Issues/Problems
to be solved:
Time
was the main factor involved, from the first telephone call to arrange the
inspection, issuing quote and completion of work all had to be done within 48
hours due to the televising of the World Opera Championships on the Friday.
What
we did:
1
Arranged
thorough inspection of the premises with the On-Site Manager.

Sent
through a written quote, stating a confirmed time for the start and completion
of the work.

Arranged
for four men, boom lifts and cleaning equipment to be on site for 6.30pm on
Thursday evening (so as to minimize the amount of disruption to the public) due
to the location being in the centre of Cardiff
4
Using
a combination of High Powered Pressure Water equipment and APT environmentally
friendly products set to work.
5
Work
completed by 4am on the Friday Morning, allowing enough time for the management
to erect the necessary banners before the filming started.
Result:
The
work was completed well within time with some amazing results.
