Our clients called with urgent job of industrial building cladding
cleaning and through colour -k render algae removal the job was discussed
with client who was seeking a commercial cleaning company to provide a
long-term solution to clean off unwanted algae staining from their industrial
premises. The high-level cleaning was to enhance the visual aspect of building
the commercial building whilst removing the risk of longer term corrosion.Scope of Work:
to
first treat render coatings with effective algae moss killer solution
to carry out
safe low pressure super-heated steam cleaning of all render coatings to remove
where possible staining and unwanted surface debris build up.
Result:
Apt- surveyors provided detailed
information suggesting the best cladding and k render cleaning method was to
utilise APT's hot box super-heated low pressure steam cleaning system after
first treating the building surfaces with algae free our specialist algae
killer and stain remover solution.
The client engaged apt at short notice
having provided a full job plan and risk assessment The result was an outstanding like new
commercial building.
