Nature of the project- Task
To
remove all damaged and flaking paint from exterior steel cladding panels
Remove
algae from steel cladding, all pathways
To
strip paint from damaged paint coated steel cladding by soda blasting whilst
cleaning cladding and remove surface rusting from selected steel panels and all
rusted security window grills
carry
out commercial decorating to re-coat and colour match to existing cladding
Make
minor repairs to some exit doors and re decorate to enhance visual appearance
What you did
We
carried out a fully property survey with the client management team and
discussed the assorted options and approach to the job including the repairs
rather than replacement of steel coated cladding, security grills, damaged
cladding and replace broken glazing units
Task
We
hired in the specialised lift access equipment to carry out the high-level
cleaning
We
carried out stripping paint damaged off affected cladding using high pressure
cleaning and jet washing using oscillating blast head lances .to remove the
rust and old paint coatings from the metal window grills using Eco safe soda
blast cleaning systems with special vortex cleaning head treated with
appropriate primers and paints
the
pathways and other algae covered areas and pathways were treated with algae
free to remove algae and moss after treating with high pressure jet
washing
We
then treated with steel cladding with anti-rust primers and re decorated

delivered the project to standard required by the client.
