Case Study – Sardis House

A Local Authority’s main headquarters had suffered more than ten years of grime, algae and moss growth on painted steeling cladding as well as some graffiti on the lower levels. The building is awkwardly placed between Pontypridd’s busy through road and a railway line making access difficult.

We put in place a full traffic and pedestrian safety management system.  We utilised on site our commercial cleaning and graffiti removal team, high level rope access abseiling team and soda blast cleaning systems to carry out the building facade deep cleaning.

We used specialist high level access lifts, high pressure jetting, soda blasting systems, specialist graffiti removal products and APT algae and moss killer products to safely deep clean and remove the surface contaminants.

Excellent results with several letters written to the local authority praising the work and the local paper running a story on the long-awaited building cleaning. The job saved several thousand pounds and limited disruption to local trading.
