DESCRIPTION
METASOAK is a low foaming versatile alkaline, non-caustic cleaner and degreaser Ideal for decarbonising aluminium and other metal parts QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVLY heavy deposits and where soil loading is high METASOAK is designed to provide maximum emulsification for excellent results .METASOAK contains a metal corrosion inhibition system effective on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
USES
METASOAK is suitable for use on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals at concentrations of up to 4%. METASOAK is suitable for use in light and heavy engineering, food processing industries. METASOAK removes stubborn carbon deposits , heavy fats, oils, greases and general grimes build up .
DIRECTIONS
Spray Washers – Use diluted between 1:100 parts clean water to 1:20 depending on soil loading. Set Temperature operation between 70-90ºC. A rinse stage is required with METASOAK.
Soaking For best results use in a heated Dip Tanks (welded mild steel )with a close fitting lid. Dilute 1:30 to 1:10 depending on soil loading. For the removal of stubborn soils such as carbon on aluminium parts then set a temperature of 85ºC and a soak time of up to 2 hours. Rinse with clean water.
